Emily Carr's college and university transfer portfolio uses an applicant questionnaire rather than the Foundation Year studio reflection. It asks about the chosen major, why Emily Carr, knowledge of the program, goals, critique, community impact, and education or work experience. Teamwork and workload answers are required for some majors but explicitly exempt for Visual Arts, Illustration and Critical + Cultural Practice. Some eligible B.C. Confirm the live portal fields, term deadline and whether the teamwork and workload answers apply to your major. The portfolio waiver has separate credit, GPA and transcript conditions; it is not a blanket exemption for all transfers.
