University College Roosevelt motivation and written assessment
University College Roosevelt asks applicants to write a short motivation directly in its OSIRIS application, after registering in Studielink. It should cover subjects of interest, combinations of fields, future direction, and why UCR fits. After application review, invited applicants complete a Kira assessment with two timed written prompts and four video questions.

What to prepare

- 2Connect that combination to a future direction and explain why UCR's program suits it.
- 3For the later Kira stage, practice reading an unfamiliar prompt, choosing one concrete example, and writing a clear response within the time shown.
How to approach the writing
- Write the motivation in the OSIRIS field rather than preparing a separate letter to upload.
- If invited to Kira, follow its live instructions: UCR currently lists 60 seconds to reflect and 5–8 minutes for each written response.
