Erasmus MISOC motivation letter
The Management of International Social Challenges bachelor asks applicants to explain their choice of discipline, why they chose Erasmus, and why its active, self-directed teaching suits them. The Admissions Board also looks for international orientation through the letter and a separate CV.

English motivation letter of no more than one A4 page, plus a separate CV
What to prepare
- 1Name an international social challenge that led you to this discipline and explain the question you would study through it.
- 2Explain why Erasmus is your choice over other universities with a feature of this program rather than a general reputation claim.
- 3Show how you have directed your own learning and why you would contribute in an active, English-language international classroom.
How to approach the writing
- Address the Admissions Board in English and include your name and student number on the one-page letter.
- Use the separate CV, limited to two A4 pages, for activities and experience; select only the most explanatory examples for the letter.
Before you submit
The published application deadline is April 1. Confirm the year-specific deadline and upload instructions in the application portal, including whether you need English test results by that date.
