Erasmus International Bachelor History motivation letter
Erasmus asks International Bachelor History applicants why the program suits their interests. Its application portal requires the official motivation-letter template, and the admissions page says other document formats are not accepted.

What to prepare

- 2Explain why the International Bachelor History curriculum fits that interest.
- 3Answer the current template's actual questions after downloading it; do not assume an older template has the same fields.
How to approach the writing
- Draft within the current official template instead of assuming a generic personal-statement format.
- Keep your reasons for this degree distinct from a general account of enjoying history.
Before you submit
For 2027–28, the Application Portal deadlines are April 1 for non-EEA applicants and May 1 for EEA applicants. Begin in Studielink, then upload the PDF and other documents in Erasmus's portal.
