Yukon Health Care and Social Services Bursary

Yukon residents pursuing post-secondary health care or social services programs in Canada, including medicine, nursing, social work, pharmacy, audiology, and related fields, may apply for the Yukon Health Care and Social Services Bursary.

For 2026-27, support is tiered: up to $7,500 for medical residency, $5,000 for medical school, $2,500 to $5,000 for nursing, and up to $5,000 for other health and social services programs, with up to 14 awards available. Recipients sign a declaration of commitment to Yukon service.

Apply through the Student Financial Assistance Portal by August 31, 2026.
