About this scholarship

College juniors and graduate students pursuing ABET-accredited study or research related to energy conservation in transportation, agriculture, construction, or power generation may apply for the Yanmar/SAE Scholarship through SAE International. Preference goes to work related to internal combustion engines.

The $1,000 award may renew for one additional year.

Apply with two letters of recommendation and an essay on a unique engineering accomplishment.
