Year 2 Engineering students at the University of Windsor who have completed the first-year Engineering and Design course may apply. The award is based on financial need. Candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents (including protected persons) meeting OSAP Ontario residency requirements. Among qualifying applicants, the award goes to the student with the highest course grade.
