Winter MCE Bursary for Part-Time Students
Direct application
Eligibility
About this scholarship
McMaster part-time students in degree, diploma, certificate, or professional learning programs, including McMaster Continuing Education, who demonstrate financial need and do not qualify for OSAP may apply for non-repayable tuition and book assistance for Winter-term courses. Certificate of Completion courses are ineligible.
The bursary amount varies. Students enroll and pay for courses first, complete the AwardSpring common application, then submit the Bursaries for Part-Time Students application with a four-month study-period budget. A new application is required each term. Funding may come from the MAPS bursary (primarily for those receiving social assistance) or the McMaster Continuing Education Award for part-time adult learners in certificate, certificate of professional learning, and diploma programs.
