About this scholarship
For McMaster non-undergraduate students (including graduate students) seeking funding to offset costs of international work, research, volunteer, service-learning, or leadership opportunities, including virtual global experiences such as remote internships and conferences. Amount varies. Part of the Global Experience Award (GEA) administered by the Student Success Centre.
Fully completed applications, including supporting documentation, must be submitted at least 30 days before departure or before a virtual opportunity starts. Funding is finite and processed in chronological order; eligible applications may be denied if the term budget is exhausted. Apply through AwardSpring when the Winter GEA cycle is open.
