Students in industrial relations at the Sauder School of Business at UBC Vancouver are eligible. Scholarships from this endowment support study in the field.

Recipients are chosen on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business. No separate application is required. The fund was established through a bequest by William Bruce Dirk Longon.
