About this scholarship
Residents of participating WICHE states and Pacific Island jurisdictions pursuing professional degrees in one of 10 eligible health fields (including dentistry, optometry, and veterinary medicine) may enroll in out-of-state programs through the Professional Student Exchange Program.
Your home state provides tuition support when you attend a participating program, reducing out-of-state costs. Savings vary by field, program, and home state.
Apply for admission to a participating school and submit a PSEP application to your home state's certifying office by October 15. Veterinary medicine applicants should apply by September 1.
