About this scholarship
Independent grocery retailers, wholesalers, their employees, and family members who are entering sophomores or continuing college students with at least a 2.5 GPA may apply. You must currently work in the independent grocery industry and be enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, or graduate program.
The WGA Mary Macey Scholarship awards one $1,500 prize paid directly to your university for tuition. Merit and financial need are both considered, and grocery industry experience is valued.
Complete the online NGA Foundation application with proof of employment, transcripts, enrollment documentation, and a personal statement on your career goals. Applications open each January.
