About this scholarship
West Virginia residents with demonstrated financial need pursuing full-time undergraduate study at participating West Virginia or Pennsylvania institutions may qualify.
Need-based grants are up to $3,400 per year at West Virginia schools or up to $600 per year at Pennsylvania reciprocity schools. Awards are renewable for up to four years total.
Complete the FAFSA by April 15 each year. Applicants must be high school graduates or hold a TASC or equivalent, demonstrate academic promise, and not have previously earned a bachelor's degree.
