Walter Thumm Memorial Scholarship in Physics

Queen's University physics students beyond second year who intend to pursue a career teaching physics (preferably at the high school level), with strong aptitude in physics and a demonstrated commitment to teaching, may apply for this memorial scholarship.

Amount varies. Apply to the Department of Physics, Engineering Physics and Astronomy by the published March deadline.

Established by family and friends in memory of Walter Thumm, a Queen's professor until his death in 1977.
