Walker Wood Scholar-Bursaries

For entering students at Acadia University who are Canadian citizens from the Maritime Provinces and have demonstrated financial need.

Nine renewable scholar-bursaries of $4,000 per year are available: three each from the Faculties of Arts, Pure and Applied Science, and Professional Studies. Special consideration is given to candidates who demonstrate leadership and participation in extracurricular and community activities.

Established by the Walker Wood Foundation to support students with high academic standing and leadership who might otherwise struggle to afford post-secondary education.
