Virginia Zank Scholarship for Writing Studies

Missouri Valley College applicants who plan to study writing, with a high school GPA of 3.0 and an ACT of 21 or higher (or SAT Critical Reading and Math of 976 or higher), may apply for this $1,000 award. One scholarship is available.

Submit a 500-word essay in PDF to admissions describing your relationship to writing: what you write, why you write, your writing goals in college and after, and how the scholarship would help. Applications are due by midnight on May 15.
