Full-time Master of Public Administration students at the University of Victoria enrolled in the Local Governance concentration within the School of Public Administration may apply for this bursary.

One bursary of $1,000 is granted. Preference is given to students living on Vancouver Island, then British Columbia, then Canada-wide.
