Utah Chiefs of Police Scholarship Program

Children of full-time Utah police officers employed by a Utah municipal department, higher-education police department, school district police department, UTA police, or airport police, or children of retired officers from those agencies, may apply. Applicants need full-time enrollment (12 or more credits), a 3.0 or higher GPA, and attendance at an accredited college or Utah POST-certified police academy.

Two scholarships are awarded at $500 per semester. One award is intended for a police chief's child when applicable. Submit an online application, a 250-word essay on goals and accomplishments, a recent transcript, and a photograph.
