Usha George Students-in-Action Award

For full-time and part-time undergraduate Faculty of Community Services students at Toronto Metropolitan University seeking project funding for a student-led initiative that addresses a local or global social issue. Groups may apply, with one student responsible for funding and award requirements. Course-assignment projects are not eligible. Priority goes to first-time recipients.

The award is valued at $2,000.00.

Established in recognition of Dr. Usha George, former Dean of the Faculty of Community Services, for her commitment to student engagement, learning beyond the classroom, and social innovation.
