Saginaw County graduating high school seniors with a minimum 2.75 GPA pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at the University of Michigan as a full-time student may apply.

Apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation online scholarship portal by February 12. The Saginaw Alumni Club is one of the oldest U-M alumni organizations in the country.
