About this scholarship
University of Toronto Mississauga Anthropology undergraduates in a specialist, major, or minor program may apply for grants toward approved conference participation, professional development, or non-UTM field schools. ANT318H5, ANT418H5, and ANT306H5 are not eligible for field-school funding, and support is typically not for supplies or equipment.
Funding amounts vary and are limited per call period. The department issues application calls in November and March each academic year; apply online using the Undergraduate Student Experience Funding Request Form. For conferences outside the University of Toronto, email supplemental materials (conference essay or statement plus invitation or acceptance) to secretary.utmanthro@utoronto.ca.
