About this scholarship
U.S. citizen high school seniors, undergraduates, or graduate students in any field may apply for the Sttark Unboxing Your Life Video Scholarship.
One award of $3,000 is granted.
Create a 4 to 6 minute unboxing video revealing the contents of your life, submit a 250-word bio specifying your field of study and education level, and provide proof of citizenship and enrollment. Applications open January 1 and close April 30.

- PRIMARY deliverable is a video, not an essay: a 5-minute 'unboxing your life' video, no shorter than 4 minutes and no longer than 6 minutes.
- Video prompt/theme (verbatim): 'This Is Who I Am: Unboxing My Life'.
- Four optional guiding/reflection questions are provided but applicants are NOT required to answer them.
- Video judged on Originality, Creativity, Quality, and Competency.
- Can be shot on a phone with basic editing (e.g. iMovie) or as a single shot.
- Video is judged on originality, creativity, quality, and competency.
- Optional reflection questions do not need to be answered.
