About this scholarship
Full-time female rising juniors or seniors attending a Virginia university with a minimum 3.0 GPA and interest in a commercial real estate career may apply for the CREW Richmond Kathy Ivins Scholarship.
One award of $1,500 is granted annually, with funds paid directly to the student's institution.
Submit a personal leadership essay (500 words max), one recommendation from a professor or professional, proof of enrollment, and a transcript by October 31.
The scholarship honors Kathy Ivins, a pioneering commercial real estate broker and former CREW Richmond president who passed away in 2010.
