About this scholarship

Entering UCLA freshmen designated as top-ranked academic admits who demonstrate financial need through a FAFSA or California DREAM Act Application are automatically considered. No separate scholarship application is required beyond the financial aid application submitted by March 2.

Awards range from $500 to $10,000 per year based on financial need and renew for four years while the student maintains satisfactory academic progress and continues to demonstrate need. Recipients must complete the FAFSA or CA DREAM Act Application annually by March 2.
