Full-time undergraduate or graduate students at UBC Okanagan who have demonstrated commendable efforts to enhance on- and off-campus engagement and well-being may apply.

Service awards totaling $7,450 have been endowed by the UBC Students' Union Okanagan and recognize one or more students each year. The awards are adjudicated by Enrolment Services.

Applicants complete the UBCSUO Service Award application when the cycle is open, describing dedicated involvement in leadership, campus life, or community well-being in up to 500 words and providing one reference contact. Paid work, course-related volunteering, and recreational participation are not considered.
