TSSU Member Child Care Bursary

Teaching Support Staff Union (TSSU) members at Simon Fraser University, including research assistants, grant employees, and unemployed members, who have children under 13 (or up to 18 with special needs requiring additional care) may apply each semester to the TSSU Member Child Care Fund.

Disbursements are pro-rated by child age and fund levels; amounts vary. Student members receive the payment as a bursary deposited to their student account. No receipts or means test are required.

Applications open at the start of each semester and close at the end of week three. Late applications are accepted but disburse the following semester.
