About this scholarship
Current high school seniors or rising collegiate freshmen in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, or Wisconsin who intend to pursue a health-related field and want to work with the geriatric population may apply.
The Trilogy Health Services Foundation grants two $2,500 scholarships per state per year for four years. Applications are accepted January 1 through March 1.
