Trilogy Health Services Foundation External Scholarship

High school seniors or rising college freshmen who live in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, or Wisconsin, have at least a 3.5 GPA, and plan to pursue a health-related field with interest in geriatric care may apply. Applicants may attend college in any state.

The Trilogy Health Services Foundation awards ten $2,500 scholarships annually (two per state), renewable for up to four years with continued eligibility.

Apply during the January 1 through March 1 window. Submit short-answer responses of 250 words or less. Renewal requires an updated resume and transcript each year.
