TRIBEZA Austin Journalism Scholarship

High school seniors who reside within Austin, Texas city limits, have at least a 3.0 GPA, plan to enroll in college, and demonstrate a sincere commitment to journalism may apply.

One student receives a $2,500 award paid directly to the recipient to support their first year of college study.

Submit three writing samples, information about extracurricular activities, and a response to the journalism essay prompt by the deadline.

TRIBEZA, Austin's art and culture magazine, sponsors the award to invest in the next generation of local journalists.
