About this scholarship
British Columbia high school students who are BC residents entering first-year full-time undergraduate study at an accredited post-secondary or vocational technical school, and who have shown outstanding leadership and community service, may apply for the Trevor Linden Community Spirit Scholarship. The award is provided by the Canucks for Kids Fund and is not renewable.
Four scholarships of $2,500 each are available. Selection considers school and community service, community development, mentoring, personal growth, and academic performance, with personal circumstances also considered.
Applications require a 600-word double-spaced essay on community involvement, a letter of reference, and a high school transcript.
