About this scholarship
USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling athletes who are at least 17 years old, currently registered and competing, enrolled at least part-time (8 credit hours) at an accredited college, and hold a minimum 2.5 GPA may apply.
Award amounts vary based on fund collections. The number of recipients also varies each year.
Submit the application form, an essay, recommendation letters, and two years of transcripts by the deadline. Recipients are notified by email in June and awards are presented at the USA Gymnastics Championships. Contact usagftrampolinescholarship@usagym.org with questions.

- 500-word double-spaced essay
- Two letters of recommendation
- Previous two years of academic transcripts
- Copy of applicant's and/or parents' W-2
- Statement of financial need and parent's most recent tax forms
- Two letters of recommendation: one from a USAG member not affiliated with your team and not on the scholarship committee, and one from an academic source (teacher, professor, counselor, etc.)
- Previous two years of academic transcripts
- Completed application form (typed; handwritten applications not accepted), including a copy of you and/or your parents' W2
- Statement of financial need with parent's most recent tax forms (W2s)
- Must be a currently registered USA Gymnastics T&T athlete, training and competing (at time of application and payment request)
- Age 17 or older; minimum 2.5 GPA; enrolled full- or part-time at a college/university
- Deadline: Sunday, May 10, 2026 (note: scholarships.com lists a May 2, 2026 deadline)
- Submit by scanning all documents and emailing to usagftrampolinescholarship@usagym.org
- Submit all application materials by email to usagftrampolinescholarship@usagym.org.
- Recipients are notified in June and awards are presented at the USA Gymnastics Championships.
