About this scholarship
Ventura County, California graduating high school seniors with at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA, at least 50% Filipino heritage, and current Ventura County residency may apply. Relatives of Tony V. Grey (direct, extended, or otherwise) are ineligible.
One student receives a one-time $2,500 award administered in partnership with the Filipino American Council of Ventura County.
