Tom Krzyzaniak Teaching Scholarship

Graduating high school seniors or current college students who graduated from a high school in Saginaw, Bay, or Midland County, Michigan, with at least a 2.5 GPA may apply. Applicants must pursue an undergraduate teaching degree, with preference given to students attending Western Michigan University.

Award amounts vary. Apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation's single scholarship application, which opens November 1 and is due the second Friday in February.

Selection weighs leadership, financial need, scholastic record, community service, extracurricular involvement, and overall campus involvement.
