About this scholarship

Recent graduates or seniors from Ketchikan Gateway Borough School District or Metlakatla High School in Alaska who demonstrate financial need and community service during high school may apply. Recipients must be accepted into or intend to enroll full-time in a two- or four-year community college, accredited university, or vocational school. The fund especially seeks students committed to a vocational career path, including those whose strengths are not primarily academic.

Award size depends on annual fund balance but is at least $2,000 per recipient. Apply through the Alaska Community Foundation universal application.
