About this scholarship
District of Columbia residents, or graduates of D.C. high schools who can document prior long-term D.C. residency, who have completed at least sophomore year (or are enrolled at least three-quarter or full-time in a graduate program) may apply. Eligible majors include real estate development, property management, mortgage finance, business, engineering, architecture, computer science, community development, economic development, or construction at an accredited four-year university.
Award amounts vary. The scholarship honors Todd A. Lee, former DCHFA Executive Director and CEO, and supports students aspiring to contribute to affordable housing.
