Open to students enrolled in a continuing education course at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University who are registered in a Chang School continuing education certificate program where TMAPS fees are collected.
Award amount varies. The TMAPS Bursaries fund was established in 1997 and is administered by the Chang School.
