About this scholarship

High school seniors who are residents of the City of Saginaw, Michigan, and plan career and technical education at an accredited Michigan school may apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation. Applicants need a minimum 2.5 GPA.

The Thomas S. and Patricia A. Tilot Memorial Scholarship provides awards of varying amounts to support vocational or technical training beyond high school. Selection considers community service, financial need, special skills, essay, and recommendations.

Apply through the foundation's general scholarship portal due the second Friday in February.
