About this scholarship

Junior, senior, or graduate lighting design students at accredited U.S. institutions (any nationality) may apply for the Thomas M. Lemons Scholarship. Applicants must be IALD student members or have membership pending, and must not graduate in the application semester.

The annual award is $4,500, with up to two awards available, and may be renewed for up to two years with proof of student status.

Submit a resume, recommendation, 150 to 300 word personal statement, and a three-page portfolio.
