Thomas G. Flanagan S.C. Scholarship

Women from Indigenous or racialized communities who are interested in pursuing a policing career with Ottawa Police after post-secondary study.

One annual award of $2,000, typically paid to an accredited educational institution in the recipient's name. The application form is available on ottawapolice.ca when the cycle is open.

Funded from an endowment arranged on the 1993 retirement of Ottawa Chief of Police Thomas G. Flanagan, S.C., and administered with the Community Foundation of Ottawa.
