About this scholarship
Indiana high school student-athletes who overcame adversity or injury, returned to IHSAA-sanctioned sports, and excelled beyond expectations may be nominated by their school administration. Each high school may nominate one male and one female student-athlete.
The Forté Orthopedic Research Institute presents the Thomas A. Brady, MD Comeback Scholarship Award. Two recipients each receive $2,500 and are honored at the IHSAA Foundation Impact Awards banquet.
Submit nominations on the programs tab at myIHSAA.net with up to two letters of recommendation. Do not include supplemental media such as photographs or highlight videos.
