The Parker Family Scholarship

Graduating seniors from Richmond, Virginia, and surrounding county public schools who have attended a qualifying public school for at least one year and plan full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college may apply. One-time $1,000 awards are paid directly to the institution; the number of recipients varies annually.

Finalists are selected based on academic record, extracurricular activities, and an essay.

The Parker family created this scholarship as a tribute to family members and to help Richmond-area students with financial need pursue college.
