About this scholarship
College-bound high school seniors graduating from Central Visual & Performing Arts, Jennings, McCluer, Normandy, River View Gardens, or University City High Schools may apply. Thirty non-renewable $3,000 scholarships support students with at least a 2.5 GPA, demonstrated financial need, academic achievement, and community service who plan to study performing arts, social justice/activism, or trades.
Submit proof of acceptance or application to a community college, four-year university, or trade school along with required application materials.
The Michael O.D. Brown Memorial Scholarship honors students pursuing certifications, associate, or bachelor's degrees in performing arts or social justice fields.
