The Honourable George R. Strathy Award

Upper-year (2L or 3L) students at Toronto Metropolitan University's Lincoln Alexander School of Law who have contributed to the health, wellness, and sense of belonging in the law school community, demonstrate financial need, and have high academic standing may apply.

Established by Shawn Richard and members of equity-deserving communities in the legal profession to recognize the Hon. George R. Strathy for his work on diversity in the profession and judiciary, court modernization, and reducing stigma around mental illness.
