About this scholarship
Open to full- or part-time Concordia University undergraduate students enrolled in a Bachelor of Fine Arts program who demonstrate a commitment to humanitarian activities while pursuing academic excellence and community service.
The award is $1,000. Applicants submit a personal statement on their humanitarian involvement alongside the application form, uploaded through the Student Centre.
Established in 1995 by colleagues and friends in memory of Heather Walker and her daughter Erin. Heather Walker earned BFAs in Cinema (1980) and Photography (1988) and supported organizations such as Families for Children, Development and Peace, and H.O.P.E.
