About this scholarship
Open to Black students entering their second-year placement (Fundamentals in Midwifery Care I) in the Midwifery Education Program at Toronto Metropolitan University. Recipients may not also receive the Hamilton Midwives Award for BIPOC Students in the same award cycle.
The Hamilton Midwives Award for Black Students is $2,000. The partners and midwives of The Hamilton Midwives created this award to increase representation and support the success of Black midwives.
