About this scholarship
First-year medical students at McMaster University in financial need who graduated from a publicly funded secondary school in the Hamilton-Wentworth or Burlington area and have participated in community activities there are eligible.
The bursary provides $15,000.
Apply through McMaster AwardSpring. Submit a separate letter indicating the public school attended and participation in community activities in the Hamilton-Wentworth or Burlington area.
