About this scholarship
Undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in accredited architecture or interior design programs who are committed to biophilic design and sustainable American hardwoods may apply for the Criswell Davis Scholarship.
One recipient receives $1,500 annually, selected by the Timber and Forestry Foundation.
Submit a 300- to 500-word essay on integrating biophilic design in architectural projects, plus a portfolio, resume, transcript, and recommendation by May 1.
The scholarship honors Criswell Davis, a longtime American hardwood industry advocate who championed designing with hardwoods for personal and planetary health.
