About this scholarship
Graduating high school seniors who live in the City of Saginaw, hold at least a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and plan full-time college enrollment may apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation.
Award amounts vary. Applications open November 1 and close the second Friday in February.
Evaluation is based on an essay, letters of recommendation, and community service. The scholarship honors the life and legacy of Terrance Lavell Winters, a local Saginaw resident.
