About this scholarship
Graduating seniors from O'Fallon Township High School in O'Fallon, Illinois may apply for the annual Team Tori Foundation Scholarship.
One $1,000 award is given each year.
Submit an application with a college acceptance or enrollment letter, three references, and a signed photo release form. Write either about how colon cancer has touched your life or about your passion for the medical profession and your plans to pursue a career in that field. The scholarship honors 2006 OTHS graduate Victoria Riley, who was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer at age 24.
