SVCF Samsung Semiconductor Scholarship

Current undergraduate sophomores, juniors, or seniors, undergraduate seniors accepted into a master's program, or current master's students with a declared STEM major and minimum 3.0 GPA who plan full-time enrollment at a California public four-year college or university may apply.

Recipients may receive up to $10,000. Preference goes to students at Bay Area schools in Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties.

Samsung Semiconductor Inc. awards this scholarship through Silicon Valley Community Foundation to support the next generation of STEM innovators.
